Nastro Mortal is Giovanni Donadini (Canedicoda and With Love) and Luca Massolin (8mm records). Around since 2004, previously with the name Mondocane, Nastro Mortal becomes a duo in 2006. The music of the band comes from a sound construction on multiple strata, where the employment of an essential analogue tool kit meets and crashes with a direct interaction with the amplifiers and the surrounding environment. Drones, reiterated loops, voices and feedback help in creating images and dark and strange visions, in an ideal crossroad between the most radical positions of improvised music, the unrested and regressive ambient and the physicality of a punk hardcore concert.
